yeah. but remamber that the you wont get the neon effect on print. For that you must have realy hi-tech printer. And the film stripe brush is to small (low quality) For print. So you better make that in Illustrator to get vector and good quality. Good luck

i was actually playing around with this on ps, the low quality didnt really let me do much but i think it looks ill in green

Befor you do anything, you must set the color from RGB till CMYK. That is the print colors. Then you´ll get some other collors to choose from.
