its the same...reballs are shot at like 220...so its about the same...they are a lot softer than you would think, and they fly real straight as long as you have netting and arnt denting up the balls shooting hard walls
well, you just have kids judge when they arnt playing....plus its all honor system....anyone who cheats at practice is a fag anyway...i just over shoot the shit out of everyone i shoot....especially when they cheat...but yea...cheating is an issue, other than that...its the best practice...cause you can turn games around so fast....in 2 hours we played over 20 games
