damn it got saved too big o well i change it but owell i took bout 1 1/2 of work all together the ladder was the hardest cause it has like 20 sumthing layers by itself tell me what you think the person was orriginally hitting a rail i of course changed it a tinny bit
its in photoshop its just a cicle shape with a graient than i earsed alot of it untill i got the crest shape added some noise to it then added another shape with a color overlay and just spot earsed it then when you get some spots you like clone stamp some spots back in
