you could have done alot more like replace color features trime the jaw by adding darker shadows uner the jaw add a graiant over lay except for the hiar whih would make the blond stand out more than add a extracting gradiant over l ay around the bust to give more of a bbust line

This is true: although, this is just what i did while i was bored of doing film reviews, so there is limited things changed. I think the lips should be changed also. And the bust: there is no bust definition to begin with, that shirt is uber baggy.

Make sure you dont just add a big flare on her face...the background really shouldnt focus on her face as much as the gradient currently is. It makes her face stand out like a sore thumb...otherwise, its good
