^^^No man, not really. you said "For east coast cliffs do you always multiply by 40%?" which is vague but seems to be saying that you multiply the actual cliff size by 40% and then state that as the cliff size. Which is wrong. Had you said "For east coast cliffs, for the actual size you multiply by 40% of the stated size" it would have made sense.
