bah, ever since the cutout filter everybody thinks they can vector and they're pro photoshopers (is that a word?) vectoring by hand with the pen tool takes hours and skill
if ur gonna do a cutout filter, turn down the levels and curve it up a little so it just looks leik ur a lazy photoshoper
