no its not a park rail in the technical sense of the word, but there are no stairs and it looks like there are no real consequences that exist in the urban arena. still nice though

i saw u guys doing that rail that day, i was gonna go over but i didnt want to ride that retarded lift again to cross over so i just crossed over to the park
