i like how you captured the hazy golden lighting feel that you get in the Northwest. And the side of the rail actually looks metallic and reflective. KILLER painting, man, that is really well done. Photo-realism, anybody?
i love your painting, its astonishingly good, really, so don't take this the wrong way when i say that there is something about the blue-gray tones in the snow that kind of throw me off. the rest of the painting could be a real photograph, but there is something about the tones of the snow that don't quite seem natural, while the rest of the painting has very real tones and shades
