how did you attach the lexan to the wood without having screws catch ur skis?

we used a counter sinking drill bit which pre drills a hole for your screw then it cuts a little more out of the lexan so that the screw head is flush with the lexan

where did u get the lexan, and wat was the price?

lexan at home depot. 42 bucks for a 2 feet by 4 feet piece. thats for 1/4 inch thick. you can get 1/8 inch for cheaper

1/8 seems too thin to countersink.
