From the vault - about a month ago

Been too busy skiing Alta to be getting any pics of this new snow, but here's another one from 3/5.

id say looks fun, but you need to make some larger turns

might as well make use of the powder you got, don't waste it on straight lining, looks like some solid figure 8's.

My whole opinion on the turning is, ,You can charge as fast and hard as possible (alcoholic), while there are conesuiers (sp?) out there who like to sip the fine pow. I guess it depends on what kind of mood I'm in and how much I had to hike to get there. A wide open bowl likes to be sipped while a gnar line likes to be charged

At Alta Dave is a rocket. This was a huge run in primo snow conditions we'll probably only get once a season, charging down it would be a huge waste.

making some sickassfast GS turns through that shit would definitely not be a waste. those look like fancypants tele-turns to me (that's a joke). i'm not talkin shit, i like the 'sippin it slowly' analogy. cool pic.
