The building is dark because: 1- it's far away 2- if you look at the angle ... the only part of the building that we can see is like beside the starter. And you need to keep in mind that if you want a good contrast in order to keep a clean shot while shooting during night ... this contrast should be increased as much as you can that's why there's probably spots light (not a camera flash ... you can tell it's spot lights because there`s still lighting around the setup) directly facing the box so there's a maximum of light there and a minimum everywhere else. THEN the cameraman can get a good shot use a flash in front of the setup (look at the end of the down part of the rail ... you can see the box reflecting a flash) Now have a good day all and as I said before ... that's a nice shot!
