But work on the lighting. I'm guessing you're just using wall lighting, which makes things harder. But you see the glare you get off the table and balls, thats distracting and takes away from the shot. Everythings too bright. Even with that small an aperture. Try going smaller and or using a lower shutter speed.
Or get some lights in there and mess things up a bit.
ya i know what you mean, im just using the triple pool light above the table, i didn't use any other lights in the basement because i thought it looked cool but now i see where your coming from, from what you just said i got a cool idea, extend my tripod to its top hieght getting sort of tall view from about 15ft away from the table with just the lights from above the table coming down and then break the balls and just edit myself out of the picture
