Hate to say it, but there is no way in hell you can see Orange County from Mountain High. For that matter, you can't even see Los Angeles.
I'm assuming you're standing at either the top of Conquest or halfway down Chisholm. Either way, that's Palmdale and Lancaster in the background... eww... or, at the very best, the valley... but not 'LA' or 'OC'...
