And why does everyone put fake frames on them?

Even if the picture isn't very good, they still put it on with a title and fake signature and everything like it's in an art gallery or something.

^ Because it's their work and they want the frames there. Frames just basically frame the work instead of just having the pic cut off dead. Not to mention when someone sees it they can clearly see who took the photo.

It's the same reason people frame photos in real life.
