its taken from a video camera

not photoshopped, i was filming with the video cam, its a still taken from that, puts 2 frames together for a still, thats why it looks like that. so no, not photoshopped. and slow shutter speed, you wouldnt be able to see the skis so distinctly, they would look more like one large blurry kinda thing, you could get a photo like that with a real quick double exposure though
