actually its only one exposure, it was an 8 second shutter speed that i did with a slef timer so i sat in the picture for half of it so it makes me transparent and it looks liek 3 exposrues because you are seeing a little bit of the movement
^^ Definetly, best to set the camera for the exposure and the flash, then set the self timer so you get in the image for the flash, right after the flash you duck away and it gets the image behind you.
