Jupiter has in fact fine rings made of asteroid debris and ice, but are too faint to be seen by telescope and were not discovered untill the early part of the 20th Century. The rings are so faint that they would not appear to be even a pencil thin line on that picture considering Jupiters immense size. Io, which is the moon posing for 'Jupiter' in the picture is not Jupiter, is not one of Neptunes moons, does not have rings, and is not part of Jupiters rings. Io is the only actively volanic body outside of the earth that has been found in the solar system, leading scientists to believe that it might in fact harbor some elements that would be similar to the earths early state, leading to the speculation that there might in fact be life on the small volcanic and rocky moon. Io revolves around Jupiter, therefor making it a Moon of Jupiter, not of Neptune.

Grinding planetary rings would be incredibly difficult, not the least for which because there is no surface per se to slide on, and the collisions of the pieces of asteriod, dust and ice in the ring would make an enviroment that would not be pleasant. If you did try to grind the ring like the silly snowboarder in the picture, your blood would first boil in the vacuum of space, leaving you so incapacitated that you could not maintain sufficent balance if there was a surface to grind, and then the temperature would freeze your skin, shatter your eardrums and sever your optical nerves because your watery eyeballs would freeze and then shatter. In the next split second, hundreds of particles of dust, ice and rock smaller than the size of this comma ',' would rip through your ski coat and body, instantly killing you. your body would then still float about getting cut to shreds by the fragments untill your body is crushed between two colliding bodies, eg two asteroids within the ring, which would grind your frozen body, and regrettably snap your board, boots and bindings, into dust to float around and become part of the massive debris feild that is the ring of Jupiter.
