first day on a rail

first day on a rail
how can you possibly tell that the rail isn't 30 feet from that angle? are you guys doing triganomitry on your monitors to measure or something?

you see its quite a simple process, im guessing the skier is about 6 foot, it looks like just under two of him would make each section of the rail.

now for the hard part
2x6=12
12x3=36
give or take a few, and you got yourself a 30 foot rail.

everybody is wrong. that rail is 30 feet long. Im 5'5'. if you dont believe that go to windells this summer and check it out for yourself. and whoever asked if I got better on rails I have.

he needs the poles long enuf to touch the ground so he doesnt lose balance and fall

kids on this site are weird... my only comments are: nice job on your first day (I learned rails at windell's too!); yes, that is definitely a 30-footer... and yes, either something is wrong with the photo, or you have some super huge poles.
