it looks fake how the skiers real but everything else is blurry but ive seen others like that and itsa cool effect

see..when you have a camera and your taking a picture of a moving object, you have 2 options. 1- you can keep the camera stationary and end up with a sharp background and blurry subject. 2- You can folow the subject with the camera and the object will be sharp and the background blury. The only way to avoid this is with a very fast shutter and sensitive film. So i believe it is a decent picture and definately not fake.

also...this becomes a greater problem with a video still because there is no shutter

Or you can use a still camera instead of putting up screen captures from video and increase your shutter speed. This is a pretty sick capture though.
