Hey OP- if the holes aren't too damaged, you can potentiall install some helicoils (or call around and find a shop that can do it for you)... or, have you heard of West System G/Flex 650 epoxy? If all else fails, fill the holes with said G/Flex and clamp the binding down for 48 hours and call it good

This is the way. Or epoxy + wooden dowel and then redrill the mounting holes. Tighten screws by hand.

if it fails you could remount just the heel piece a couple mm above or below where it was, as long as you have enough adjustment on the heel

Mounting that close to old holes can be a bit sketch. OP would be better off plugging old holes and recounting at -1 from center.

Go to a different shop next time, they didn't use enough wood glue, biggest cause for a binding to rip out.

lol. not enough wood glue. If you think wood glue is doing anything more than keeping water out of the skis, you need to spend less time huffing glue in the back of the shop.

Keeping water out is the exact purpose of wood glue. If you dont use enough your core rots around the screw and this happens
