Big homie, as someone already pointed out, that’s a misty/forward rotation. Look up videos on how to cork 7 set/cork 7 progression and practice taking the progression to your back, opening your hips on takeoff, maybe that will help. Good luck
Kind of an easy was to explain it is that if you look at your right hand, when you set it goes forward and down below your waist. In a proper set it should set above your waist and go back behind you as if you were punching a tall guy next to you. I know that was kind of a weird way to explain it. But instead of setting forward you will set back and have your shoulders open not closed.
