Does anyone know why this happened after a few runs to a brand new boot ?is it any serious damage? Did I just have my binding adjusted wrong or is the boot defective?
These are Heads right? Terrible brand for boots. I've seen so many problems with basically every part of Head boots- buckles, shell, fit, soles....
It's worth trying to get them warrantied, but in my experience they are reluctant to help.
