Repetition will really help you lock in the tricks you have. Hit as many different kinds of features as possible, especially ones you wouldn't usually be drawn to. If you have the chance where you are, hit some street features. That will make every park rail start to look easy.

Me too man, if possible. Find any piece of wide pvc. Put in on the ground at home or whatever. And practice balancing and doing swaps and things like that. Also if you have a slack line that can be really helpful.
HIKE. Be the first one at the mountain and the last one to leave. Get a balance board or something that helps with balance. Stay healthy. Do rail tricks that makes you feel uncomfortable. I could go on and on, but the most important thing is repetition.
