Yup those all of those rail animations are custom! There's an option in the grab editor now to make grabs work on rails and the ground. I'll be adding a butter option soon too.
Those specific rail tricks are all made by bunghole69 and can be found by searching for scissortest, scissortest2, pedaltest and pedaltest2 in the grab selector.
