Every year White Pass (A ski area in WA) holds an annual winter carnival, where they build an ice castle. Starting 3 years ago, they put a bunch of jumps and rails onto the castle and hosted a rail jam of sorts the weekend after. It's a great event, and worth checking out in mid March.
