Any tips?

Any tips?
don't start rotating until you are already in the air, that should help keep you on axis

keep your head looking along the horizon rather than at your tails in the take off, be patient and spin once you pop

(1) Pop straight up (actually jump, use your legs). Usually raising your shoulders straight up in unison with your popping of your legs will help with this.
(2) Start your spin once in the air. This will involve your arms twisting around your body and your head looking over your shoulder throughout the spin.
(3) When you have rotated open your legs up to stop rotation and stomp it.

Practice popping before doing all of this. Pop with some straight airs and then pop and do some grabs. Then you should try 360's. Watch the arms and legs of the professionals when they are about to leave the lip of the jump.

shin pressure bruh so important always want to keep that forward pressure from360s to triples. Focus on keeping your core strong and makin your whole body spin not just your torso.
