This is just a super weird dub underflip 10. The first flip is set to the right, but his shoulders are set the other way, and they he brings his head/shoulders to face back to the right to bring the rotation around.
You and most on this site are idiots. He sets a flat 3 looking over his left shoulder and after that he does a cork 7 looking over his right shoulder. There is no pretzel because he never changes his rotation, only the axis. A flat 3 is an off-axis backflip, not a spin, you jackasses.
