From my experience the faster you go, the easier it is. When you go to raise your leg, raise it back like 10x more than you think you need to. You will slide out like a lot, but eventually youll find a balance point. A common error is that people will not turn a full 90° onto the rail. It's crucial to the trick that you commit to the 90.
