Is Faction as a company actually a 'collective' - aka non hierarchical, consensus based decision making etc - or is this just a marketing term they are using?

@crankset: it seems like faction is a stock corporation unser swiss law named "the faction collective". so the "collective" seems to be just in name (though I don't know who owns the shares of course and if they're distributed among many or few people)
