To everyone saying why didn't you wait, shut the fuck up. You obviously have never skied on the est.

If i waited for every gaper to get out of the way i would hit one rail every 4 days....
I am also guilty of cussing out a 10 year old for the same reason. Wrecked some kid mid-air off a much much larger jump. I was about to apologize but he immediately got pissed at me right when we started to get up. I told him to shut the hell up and highlighted how dumb he was to be standing there. It was bad... thankfully nobody got hurt that badly. Still feel bad about it though - made him cry.

Also have been yelled at by clueless moms only to have them apologize to me later in the day when they realize that they're dumbasses to let their kids ski in front of jumps.

IMO little kids need to have a clue (99% don't) or stay the hell away from the park.

+1 to the comment that it's not worth waiting for clowns in the park. People need to get a clue - the park is not meant for kids to stand in front of shit and think they're cool.
In my defense though I had no chance to see the kid until I was mid-air. In your defense there is no way you could have predicted he would be dumb enough to ski right across the landing... Either way it's a shitty situation.

The only solution to shit like this is for parents to tell their kids not to be idiots in the park.
young noobs are dumb bc they lack life experience. maybe a little less yelling and more educating next time, but glad everyone was okay in the end. next time perhaps offer to have him spin a lap with you and teach him proper terrain park etiquette. It'd likely go along way
