thats a tough situation. technically you are in the wrong(downhhill skier and all)and the guy wasnt even traversing in an obvious landing zone. But at the same time, you couldnt see him at all and the best part about skiing in areas like that is you can do it freely ie fast and aggressive. I mean you didnt really do anything worng either. just a totally freak accident.
curiously, was the guy pissed, or just happy to come out of it alive?
