@Bishop, I recorded the video statically, then imported it into AE and masked just the rider so nothing else would move, exported the file, reduced the frame rate to 19fps, and made it a GIF in PS. My only quarrel with it is that it seems exceedingly slow for some reason, like I couldn't make it faster in PS. I'm going to do it with another clip in a little.
