I dont get it. How does the mountain have anything to do with the skiers own insurance? If he gets hurt, does the mountain have to pay for the injury??
How can someone sue the mountain for what the skier has done there? Americans and their weird asss policies..

me and my crew got escorted out of there end of the year last year and told to get the fuck out and never come back....must have been a sign that said no driving up the mountain that we missed
