The park in Val d'Isere is actually shitty most of the season. Last season, they only built their big kicker at the beginning of February and their big rails at the beginning of march(right before the X Games and the heli shoots so that the park looks sick). The rest of the jibs were poorly maintened even if they had 3-4 full time park rangers working there and a huge budget. They also had over 200 foot of unused rails. The edit is only filmed on a few features because the rest is probably shit. I know I might seem fucking negative but I still feel bitter because when I decided to spend a season in Val d'Isere, I was expecting a sick park and got really disapointed.
But props for Antti Ollila for killing it. 10/10. The 50/50 was crazy.
