I don't think that it's about him being afraid to commit, because he did land it on his 2nd try. But yeah, I agree that he failed because he knew from that start that he was doing it wrong. And to SKITHEEAST7, everyone's gotta start somewhere, staying out of the park would just keep up from progressing.
