^^^i don't compete but i was thinking about getting into it...i'll be instructing at taos this season and doing some work with all the local comps. def hit me up when you are in the area!!!
Taos is ridiculously cool. Probably one of the rowdiest areas to ski at. You should definitely compete, its a really fun vibe if nothing else. And you get to hit stuff like this, which is towards the very bottom of Kachina, skiers right in the bowl I believe.
If Taos ever goes through with its master plan to put lifts on everything its going to be amazing.
