to me it looks staged.... im guessing someones dad is the cop and agreed to do the photo for a project or something. the framing seems thought out and the cop would notice the guy taking the picture because hes clearly not hidden
its the same police car that we can see in the other picture top rated, same license plate, same sticker. It's weird cause this pic should have been posted first, it's way crazier. My guess is you took the picture with that car holding a piece of paper
