LOL. painful

Ouch.. and yes i landed on asphalt to double the pain
when u go back dont use ur shoulders so much lift your knees up. my friend does tramp in gymnastics and u arent even suposed to use ur shoulders when u go back just ur knees, and it works too.
 
yeah. i go to a tramp gym like every week. i was tryen to get dub heel grab but i just threw my shoulers bak to hard. thanks for the adv though
