Ftacnik Jun 4, 2009 The wooden bar is called a 2x4. I drilled holes in the top half f the PVC and then screwed the bottom half to the 2x4. IDK if that makes sense. Uh we usedd just water most of the time cause we didnt really notice that big of a difference adding soap
