the background in this pic is really beautiful, and as SirFryanator said, action is so-so, (although the skier has a good colour combination), so maybe if you focussed on the background and put a softer focus on Cassie it might make it a bit better. That said, I like the detail of the dinged up coping on the box, and also the glint of light there and brightness of the foreground snow when it appears to be an otherwise overcast day.
