Lighitng is sick, timing is bang on, and it's super sharp. I also like how he's looking straight at the camera.
The BG is super distracting, and it's poorly composed. Maybe use a snoot to direct light only at him, or get in tighter with a wide lens. Also, tell the guys to get the fuck out of the shot. They're clearly not "part of the scene" because they are wearing jeans so they look a tad out of place...
