did the exact same thing not to long ago.. word of advice, goto a physio therapist and get a serious work out routine and follow it or else it will come out again. the first time you do it, you can get it back to 97-99% strength but if you dont stengthen then it will come out again.. more than once, you'll never be the same..take it from me.
yeah i seperated my shoulder.....then later on i caught my edge and dislocated it...it hurts at first but u just got to pop some pills and keep going...i didnt do therapy wish i did because it pops out mass...listen to ski pimp go to therapy
