J J JcOliver Dec 31, 1969 www.myspace.com/jc_headwear you get cardboard, and cut a slit down most of the middle. and then warp yarn around alot.. and then pull a peice of yarn up though the slit and tie it the cut the ends.. and trim it round... i know that probalbly dosnet make alot of sence..
