the skis were ok, we were worried that the car would tip and crush them.
anyway, girl picks my friend and I up late to go skiing early season. We live in the mountains outside Boulder and they had graveled the roads. She took a turn you would normally take about 30 MPH at 50 MPH. Slide on gravel to the right side of the photo, she overcorrected and we jumped off the road almost hitting the electrical pole, and ended up like that. It was scary and really violent. No injuries besides airbag burns. Pretty much the girl driving just didn't know how to drive in the mountains. AND we didn't get to go skiing.
she ended up totaling the car and he parents bought her a new volvo SUV just cause. it was crap.
