I made this on pencil 2d its a free software you can download for Mac and pc from the internet - its kind of painstaking cause you have to draw with a mouse but you can import a series of pictures (screenshots from a video) to trace over and then you can disable the picture layer so its just the drawing. this is 12 fps and I drew every other frame from a 30 fps video so its a little slow everywhere and in the middle I drew every frame.

So sick! I did mine with a notebook and pencil and used an app called stop motion studio which allowed me to adjust the fps and then put it into iMovie to add the sound from the original video! You should check out Down Time!
