btw im new to editing so any advice is much apreciated. im also going to probably make a handle for my cam so i can get some steadier follow cams...
sweet skiing and editing
<br>
it is always going to take a long time to load if its in quicktime and yea i just made a handle and it makes a big difference
camera was a cannon HV20, and it had a polarizing filter on it.
<br>
<br>
here is my workflow (im on a mac):
<br>
1. capture in imovie or FCE
<br>
2. edit in FCE or FCP (whatever you have)
<br>
3. export as a full res. quicktime H.264 video
<br>
4. compress in mpeg streamclip as:
<br>
-quicktime movie in H.264 (reduces size, but i donno why since it was already in that format)
<br>
-100% quality
<br>
-1000 x 562 pixels
<br>
-limit the data output rate so it would be under 50 mb (for NS
<br>
-de interlace
<br>
<br>
