Slow mo was way too overused. Definitely made the edit longer than it needed to be. Try not putting in shots where the skier/rider either knuckles the feature or the shot is missed entirely.
Good use of broll though.
I can tell this is an introductory level edit.

Some tips for future edits.
Less slowmo
Get either a steady cam or monopod for steadier shots
Dont include a bloopas section, if you want to incorporate falls do it seperately or only include really bad ones. It doesnt need its own section.
Use titles that are not standard imovie/moviemaker titles, people will close and edit immedietely when they see those.
Overall you guys def have some work to do but it seems like you have a good basis on where to begin. If you want any more advice feel free to pm me.
If you're serious about making ski videos I suggest you get a real editing program like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premeire, Sony Vegas, or Avid. Watch a bunch of youtube tutorials on how to edit using these programs. Watch other successful ski edits and figure out what makes those edits so successful. For the easy filming techniques, I suggest buying a GoPro along with the tripod GoPro mount, then get a mono pop or camera extender to make the footage less shaky. You guys aren't bad, just have fun with the sport and keep up with what you're doing.
