for a blind 2 if you look at the landing when getting off the rail you have no chance at a blind 2. you need to commit and look back uphill and around the blind side to spin, and set the spin with your upper body. SCISSOR hard, look back uphill and pop, then lift your tips up to not catch the rail, and come around and land. A longer rail would help.
As you approach the end of the rail, drop the toe on your front ski. Push off this ski and pop while rotating your shoulders to the left. Don't look for the landing too early and really commit to the pop and set... you will go blind and it will be scary for a bit but the better you set it and the less you panic about your landing the better
i learned blind 2s recently on the same backyard rail and since I'm newer i just spun my head like crazy and whipped my skis around for the last 180. This isn't the proper way to do this but it gets the trick done.
